Narrative: I SPOKE WITH [BARRY BRASWELL] ON 180CT95 BY TELEPHONE. AT
THAT TIME [BARRY]GAVE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT.
[BARRY] SAID THAT ON 090CT95 HE HAD INJURED HIS LEG AND THAT HE HAD
RETURNED TO HIS RESIDENCE ON RACINE ROAD TO GET A SPLINT. IN ROUTE
BACK T0 HIS WORKPLACE HE CAME TO THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AT RANDLEMAN ROAD
AND CREEKRIDGE ROAD. [BARRY] SAID THAT THIS WAS AROUND
1540-1545 HRS. SAID THAT HE RECOGNIZED PATRICIA KIMBLE SITTING IN
THE LANE BESIDE HIM IN HER CAR. [BARRY] SAID THAT HE GOT HER
ATTENTION AND SPOKE TO HER AND ASKED HER HOW SHE LIKED HIS NEW TRUCK
AND SHE SAID SOMETHING LIKE, IT'S NICE OR IT'S OK. [BARRY] SAID
PATRICIA SEEMED TO HAVE CONCERNED LOOK ABOUT HER, LIKE SHE MIGHT
HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING. THE LIGHT CHANGED TO GREEN AND
THE TRAFFIC MOVED ON. [BARRY] TURNED ONTO THE ENTRANCE RAMP TO GO
1-40 WEST AND HE SAID PATRICIA WENT ON DOWN RANDLEMAN ROAD TOWARDS
TOWN.
[BARRY] SAID THAT HE KNEW PATRICIA BY HAVING GONE TO HIGH SCHOOL
WITH HER AT SOUTHEAST GUILFORD HIGH SCHOOL AND ALSO ATTENDING THE
SAME CHURCH AS SHE DID AT SOUTH ELM STREET BAPTIST CHURCH.
