Discovery of the items you requested, which is authorized under the statute, will be forthcoming.
 

I will contact the Guilford County Sheriffs Department and schedule a date and time that you can inspect the evidence and notify you of the date and time. Wednesday October 15, is not an available date. I cannot arrange that procedure on such short notice.
