Pre-trial motions are scheduled to be heard in Ronnie Kimble's case the week of January 26, 1998. In anticipation of these motions it will be necessary for us to thoroughly review the Greensboro jail records of what cell and locations Ronnie Kimble has been housed during his incarceration and the identities of all other inmates with whom Ronnie Kimble may have come in contact.
 

I would hope that you are willing to provide us with copies of day to day or week to week records that indicate the locations and names of other inmates as soon as possible.
 

Private Detective Mike Ingold (formerly of the Greensboro Police Department CID) has been appointed by the court to handle the investigative matters for Ronnie Kimble. We would appreciate your cooperation with Mr. Ingold in production of these documents.
