PATRICK CALLED THE
NEXT DAY AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT HE HAD ORDERED A COPY OF THE
CHECK THAT HE HAD WRITTEN TED FOR THE LOAN AND AS SOON AS RE GOT THE
COPY THAT HE WOULD BRING IT TO ME. 5. Reporting Officer/Assignment: DET. J.D. CHURCH MCIU SECTION 271 ABooks and video - Patric gave me money to order the information for him along with items for myself. He wanted ino on new ID's and money for nothing. Rob told Patric he could get SS's from the colledge. Patric had checked into getting a drop box to try an order credit cards in other peoples names. Patric kept trying to get Rob to make him a cople fake ID's on his computer. Patric said he could get a Stanly colledge ID easilly with a fake name. He need 2 ID's to get the drop box. Patric spoke about checking his neighbors mail for credit cards. He never said if he did or not. BI did not ask. He offered. Patric and I saw each other nearly everyday. I was closing up and he was standing in front of my desk. I had over order. My accounts run on 30 days. The bill was do and I hate to be a day late. Patric said "How much ya need?" I said $5500.00 for a week. He said no problem I can loan it to you. I said, "really?" The next day he loaned me the money. He wrote the check to lyles. On the books I listed it as a loan from myself. That week turned into a month or so. I wrote myself a $4000 check and signed the back then handed it to him. I later paid him in hundred dollar bills another $500. He's claiming $1000 on the next page. Sound's good to me. I had wrote myself a check and cashed it so it would come off my books.
