Ted Kimble's handwritten notes are included.
Guilford County Sheriff's Department
4. Narrative: I SPOKE WITH GARY RILEY, MARYLAND INSURANCE COMPANY INVESTIGATOR TODAY AT MY OFFICE. GARY SAID THAT HE HAD WENT BY AND SPOKE WITH JENIFER HALL AT HER WORKPLACE AND THAT SHE HAD ADMITTED THAT SHE KNEWA SHE HAD COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD WHEN SHE FILLED OUT THE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR TED KIMBLE AND THAT TED ALSO KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. SHE TOLD GARY THAT SHE KNEW TEDS PARENTS WOULD ALSO BE LIVING IN THEIR HOUSE AND THAT THE RENTAL AGREEMENT DID NOT SHOW THAT TED WOULD BE LIVING OR RENTING ONE ROOM IN THEIR HOUSE, THAT IT SHOWED HE WOULD BE LEASING THE WHOLE HOUSE AND SHE KNEW IT WAS WRONG WHEN SHE DID IT.
(156) A-Until I see a signed statement I wouldn't count on this. Jenifer told me it was legal. "I believe Gary is lying." *need to talk to Jenifer Hall legal as long as my parents weren't living there also. The insurance company was arguing over rather I would be renting the house or a room. Either way it was stupid of them. It would've saved them $300 a month. The company was trying to find fraud to get out of paying.
