Attached to this report of
investigation (ROI) is an interview with Ronnie Lee Kimble, white
male, date of birth January 17, 1972, brother of suspect Theodore M.
Kimble, white male, which was conducted by the Naval Criminal
Investigative Service, 'Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base,
Jacksonville, North Carolina, on October 30, 1995, at the request of
the Guilford County Sheriff's Department.
On March 20, 1996, SA Pendergrass, Criminal Specialist T. C.
Childrey, and Guilford County Sheriff's Department Detective Jim
Church traveled to the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base to conduct a
follow-up interview with Ronnie Lee Kimble and in hopes that Ronnie
Kimble would voluntarily submit to a polygraph examination. Assisted
by NCIS SA G. Gregory Munroe, Ronnie Kimble met with SA Munroe prior

interviewed by agents of the North Carolina State Bureau of
Investigation in furtherance of this investigation. Ronnie Kimble
further advised SA Munroe that Kimble had already spoken to law
enforcement officers in the past regarding the death of his
sister-in-law, Patricia Blackly Kimble, and at the advice of his
father, Ronnie Kimble, Sr., had nothing else to say.
