FIRST DEGREE ARSON
THE JURORS
FOR THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA,
upon their
oath present and find that on or about October 9, 1995,
the Defendant, Theodore Mead Kimble did unlawfully,
willfully, maliciously and feloniously burn or cause to
be burned a the dwelling house inhabited by Patricia
Kimble, located at 2104 Brandon Station Court, Pleasant
Garden, in Guilford County NC. At the time
of the burning Patricia Kimble was in the dwelling.

witnesses marked "X" were sworn by the undersigned
Foreman of the Grand Jury and after hearing testimony,
this bill was found to be:
