3. Day/Date/Time of Report: Thu Nov 30 11:14:06 EST 1995
4. Narrative: Went by Lyles Building Material Business and spoke to
Ted Kimble at 1030hrs this date. I advised Ted that we needed to sitA
down and go over statements he had made to us where he had changed
and determine which one's were correct. I asked if he had his tape
monitor on and he replied yes. I asked if he would call me and give
me an answer today and he replied he would after he called his
attorney.

AI never changed anything. He
came by after I hung up on him. He laughed at me on the phone
and said he would never clear me. His whole attitude and voice
changed when he thault the camera was on.
