4. Narrative: I SPOKE WITH TROOPER SGT. PHIL WADSWORTH^A BY PHONE AND ASKED HIM IF HE KNEW RON CATES. PHIL STATED THAT HE WAS RELATED TO RON AND THAT HE KNEW RON HUNTED THE LAND THAT THE MARIONS OWNED DOWN THERE. HE FURTHER STATED THAT HE HAD NEVER RECOMMENDED RON TO TED FOR ANYTHING AND DIDN'T KNOW TED AND DON'T KNOW HOW TED WOULD COME UP WITH RON PUTTING A CABINET IN HIS HOUSE, THAT RON DIDN'T INSTALL CABINETS.
