On 10/13/95 I went to the Weather Bureau, 6425 Airport Parkway, GSO, NC, (910) 668-9269, and obtained a weather chart from Steve Reilly, employee. The chart indicates the weather conditions for 10/9/95. Times on the chart are in Eastern Standard Time, one hour must be added to show Eastern Daylight Time.
 

Mr. Reilly determined the relative humidity factor by hand, and it is as follows:
