The Ronnie Kimble case is winding down.

Ronnie has given direct testimony and is currently being cross-examined by the prosecutor. The judge has advised us that he will be adjourning court at approximately 3:00 p.m. today because of a prior commitment. Court will resume tomorrow. We are hopeful that we will be able to conclude the case tomorrow with you as one of our final witnesses. If you could meet me in my office at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, it would give us an opportunity to talk briefly before I have to be back in court at 9:30.

I hope that this will not inconvenience you. I know you very much wanted to avoid coming to Greensboro on Monday and we tried to accommodate you.
