CRIME SCENE SUPPLEMENT: MEASUREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE SEIZURE AT DWELLING LOCATED AT 2104 BRANDON STATION COURT, PLEASANT GARDEN, NORTH CAROLINA:

On Monday, October 16,A 1995, at 10:30 a.m., SA J. D. Webster returned to the crime scene in this case. The purpose for this visit was to obtain certain measurements of the crime scene.

During the course of this visit, a small piece of cloth was discovered just inside the oven door. This piece of cloth was approximately 6" long and 1" wide. A portion of the piece of cloth was protruding out from the top of the oven door onto the oven door handle. This piece of cloth was taken as physical evidence.

Certain observations were then made concerning the positions of the oven and range controls. The right rear top burner control was found to be in a position best described as "medium high." The range and oven controls were photographed extensively.

SA Webster departed the scene at 4:30 p.m. The evidence was turned over to Detective Church.

A-This is after the house had been turned over to me.  All of us had been through the house.  Several things had been moved around.
