4. Narrative:
On 10/31/95 I telephoned Eckerd's Drugs, Spring Valley Shopping Center, and talked to the assistant manager, Scott Mickey.  Mr. Mickey checked the photo processing center and advised that there were no unclaimed photos for Patricia Kimble at the store.
 

I also talked to the manager -Tim Joyner, who advised that no prescriptions were picked up by Patricia Kimble on 10/9/95.
