TOMMY STATED THAT NO MONEY HAS BEEN PAID OUT ON THE POLICIES THAT PATRICIA HAD WITH THE COMPANY. HE SAID THAT ON 20SEPT96 TOM MADDOX, AN ATTORNEY HERE IN TOWN CALLED HIM IN RELATION TO THE INSURANCE MONIES. ACCORDING TO TOMMY THE CONVERSATION WENT ON AS TO WHO WOULD GET THE INSURANCE PAYMENT, TED KIMBLE OR THE PATRICIA KIMBLE ESTATE. TOMMY SAID THAT IF HIS COMPANY PAID ONE, THAT THE OTHER MAY SUE FOR THEIR PART, SO MADDOX WAS SUPPOSED TO TRY TO WORK OUT A SETTLEMENT OF SOME SORT SO THAT NO ONE COULD COME BACK ON THE LIFE OF GEORGIA. A THEY WOULD PAY SOMEONE OR SOME PEOPLE THE LIFE INSURANCE MONEY.
