Mr. W. David Lloyd

Attorney at Law
101 S. Elm Street

Greensboro, NC 27401

Dear David:

One copy of the discovery in Ronnie Kimble was turned over to me Friday. I felt I needed to make extra copies for you, the family and the defendant and I have done so but the bill is a little high. Enclosed is a copy of the bill.

Would it be appropriate for you to apply to the court for reimbursement on the grounds that Ronnie is indigent and is entitled to court-appointed counsel and to sufficient copies of the discovery materials?

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Very truly yours,
