RE: Ronnie Lee Kimble

Dear David:

Enclosed please find a memo outlining the discovery that is available at the District Attorney's Office for you to pick up.

I have had discussions with some of the attorneys involved in this case about scheduling a trial date. I have proposed that all attorneys involved in the case file their vacation plans with the Superior Court and give a copy to the District Attorney's Office. I will then set a trial date which does not conflict with ;he scheduled vacations and each attorney can file any motions to continue that they deem appropriate.

I will be available to meet with you and the other attorneys this week to discuss the schedule. I would prefer to meet with all the attorneys at one time, but am willing to meet with each attorney individually if a joint meeting is not practical. Please confer with the other attorneys and pick a time.
I am not available from 9 to 10 on Tuesday or after 2:00 on Thursday and Friday.

Sincerely,

/signature/
Richard E. Panosh,
Assistant District Attorney
