Today, around 3:00 P.M. I received a call from Jeff Roberts.  Jeff told me that if I don't take care of paying Lowe's $3,000.00, that he was going to Mr. Kimble, Ted's Father, and tell

him what he wanted to know in order to prove that I am a discredible witness against Ted Kimble.  He told me that he had been or had contact with Mr Kimble and Wally Harrleson.  He said Wally Harrleson told him to pass out some of his cards to other people that knew me to further discredit my testimony against Ted Kimble.  Jeff said that if I didn't have him $450.00 by tomorrow, May 30, 1997, 5:00 P.M. that he would follow through with his threat.
