 Report, J. N. Davis (GCSD):  Patrick Pardee, identification of stolen goods


 

Interview with Patrick Pardee
Date: 4-2-97
Location: Kirks Sineaths on Patton Ave.


On 4-2-97, Patrick Pardee (still under Miranda) and myself went to Kirks Sineaths on Patton Ave. to look over some property stored in a Mateer trailer which was seized pursuant to a search warrant. We walked through the trailer starting from the rear and Patrick told me what he knew about these items.


1) A sink, washer, stove and microwave. Patrick said these items were recent. They came in a couple of weeks ago. 

He dosen't know where they came from.
 

2) A big glass door with glass windows on either side.
Patrick advised this door may have come from the house on Hwy 62 near Groomtown Rd. Patrick, Robert and Ted took items from this house. He is not sure if this particular door came from this house or not.
 

3) "OSB" plywood with green trim.
Came from a house off Westridge and Brian Boulevard. He, Ted and Robert were at this house.
 

4) 30 sheets of sheet rock.
Sheet rock came from New Gargen Road, a commercial site behind Brassfield Cinema and across from the Moose Lodge. Patrick, Ted and Robert took this sheet rock
 

5) 3/4" tongue and groov plywood. Patrick dosen't know where it came from
 

6) Metal reinforcing rods.
Patrick thinks these came from the house on Hwy 62 and Groomtown Rd. or from the Sure Foundation Church on Hwy 62. Note: Found out later these came from 8108 Keating Ct. Oak Ridge. (case 970410005)
 

7) Drip edge. Patrick dosen't know where the drip edge came from.
 

8) Big aluminum walk board.
Came from a house in a Cul De Sac off Westridge Rd and Bryan Boulevard. Ted and Robert took the boards, Patrick was with them but sat in the vehicle.
 

9) Smaller walk boards. Patrick doesn't know where they came from.


10) Two big window sets.
Came from the house on Hwy 62 and Groomtown Rd. Patrick, Ted and Robert, all involved.
 

11) Big single window
Patrick thinks it came from brassfield area. Patrick was not with Ted and Robert when this window was picked up.
 

12) Attic ladder and glass blocks.

Patrick doesn't know where these came from.
 

13) Dishwasher.
Came from house off Highway 68 in Oak Ridge. Patrick, Robert and Ted all together on this one.
 

14) Plumbing fixtures.

Patrick doesn't know where they came from.
 

15) Button Kaps, Husky plastic sheet rolls. Came from Westridge and Bryan Boulevard area. Patrick, Robert and Ted involved.
 

16) Insulation. Patrick doesn't know where it came from.
 

17) Moulding. (behind the windows)
Came from the house on Hwy 62 and Groomtown Rd. All three involved. moulding belongs with the set of windows.
 

18) Bathtub. Patrick doesn't know where it came from.
Patrick then went on to say, the Marsh cabinets and sink that were still at Lyles' came from a house off Highway 68 in Oak Ridge. The garden tub also still at Lyles' came from the house on Highway 62 and Groomtown Rd. He, Ted and Robert were involved in taking these.
 

The dishwasher, located in the front of the Mateer trailer and the Marsh cabinets came from the same location. A Redi Heater was also taken at the same time. The cabinets, garden tub and heater are at Lyles'.
 

A 5 HP Briggs and Stratton, lawn mower with large rear wheels was stolen from Northern Hydraulics is located at Lyles' in the same utility building that has Teds' motorcycle in it.
 

There is a tub at Lyles' that has a chip or crack, that came from Home Depot. Also Lattace work and several bundles of 4x4x8's and several bundles of 2x2 pickets came from Home Depot also.
