Narrative: I SPOKE WITH GARY RILEY BY PHONE AT HIS OFFICE IN MARYLAND TODAY AND HE ADVISED THAT TED KIMBLE WAS COMMING INTO THEIR ATTORNEYS OFFICE ON THURSDAY 07MARCH96 FOR A STATEMENT UNDER OATH CONCERNING THE HOUSE FIRE. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT HE WOULD BE SENDING ME A COPY OF THE PROOF OF LOSS THAT TED SENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY LISTING THE ITEMS LOST AND DAMAGED IN THE FIRE. HE STATED THAT THE AMOUNT SUBMITTED WAS AROUND THE $190,000.00 RANGE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE HOUSE.A


THIS INFORMATION IS BEING FURNISHED TO ME IN REFERENCE TO THE REQUEST SENT TO GARY REQUESTING ANY AND ALL INFORMATION THAT THEIR COMPANY HAS THAT PRETAINED TO THE FIRE OR THE DEATH ACCORDING TO NORTH CAROLINA GS-58-79-40.


GARY ASKED WHAT WOULD BE IN THE HOUSE THAT WOULD AMOUNT TO THIS MUCH VALUE AND MY REPLY WAS THAT IN MY OPINION $190,000.00 WOULD BUY THE HOUSE LAND WELL AND CONTENTS OF THE HOUSE.


THE STATEMENT UNDER OATH WILL BE DONE BY THEIR ATTORNEY BRUCE BURGER FROM RALEIGH AND THEIR CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE MARIE BARTELLOB MARYLAND, THE MAIN OFFICE.


I DID REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT OF THE STATEMENT WHEN IT WAS COMPLETED, AGAIN
PURSUANT TO N.C. GS 50-79-40.

*The people who helped inventory the house were never paid by the insurance company as promised.  The company was billed.
