WITH THOMAS ROUTH AT ROBBINS AND WEILL REALTORS ON 11MAR97 BY
TELEPHONE. THE PURPOSE OF THE CALL WAS TO UPDATE MY INFORMATION ON
THE PROPERTY THAT LYLES BUILDING MATERIAL SITS ON. WHEN ASKED, ROUTH
STATED THAT TED KIMBLE STILL SHOWSA AND INTREST IN BUYING THE
PROPERTY WHEN IT IS PUT UP FOR SALE. ROUTH ADDED THAT HE TOLD TED
THAT THE PROPERTY WAS IN THE ESTATE OF THE GLASCOCKS AND MAY NOT BE
SETTLED FOR SOME TIME. ROUTH FURTHER SAID THAT TEDS LEASE HAD BEEN
EXTENDED TO THE YEAR 2000, THIS WAS DONE IN JANUARY 97. OTHER THAT
THIS NOTHING HAS CHANGED. TED HAS CONTINUED TO PAY HIS RENT ON TIME
WITH NO PROBLEMS.
