CHURCH , DETECTIVE ,MAJOR CRIMES SECTION, Guilford County Sheriff's Department , being duly sworn , request that the court issue a warrant to search the person, COMPANY, and other items described in this application and to find and seize the property described in this application. There is probable cause to believe that the telephone records from phone number 910-674-1148 will contain information needed in the current homocide investigation at the residence of Patricia Gail Kimble.

1. This applicant, J.D. Church, has been a sworn Law Enforcement officer for over twelve years, employed with the Guilford County Sheriff Dept and is presently assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division / Major Crimes Section. I have Investigated numerous crimes which including assaults, arsons and crimes against persons. I have attended several schools and other courses covering both basic and advanced criminal investigations.
