TYPE ANALYSIS REQUESTED:

Semen analysis.

RESULTS OF ANALYSIS:

Bloodstains were prepared from Item #7 and are being retained by the laboratory. The bloodstain in Item #7 was not analyzed.  why?

Microscopic examination of the rectal and vaginal smears (Items #4 and #5) failed to reveal the presence of spermatozoa.

No semen was detected on the rectal and vaginal swabs (Items #2 and #3).

DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE:

The evidence is enclosed in the attached package and is being returned via United Parcel Service.
