4. Narrative: I SPOKE WITH RITA STEWART , PAGER 6658510, BY PHONE ON THURSDAY NIGHT ABOUT 2230 HRS. RITA SAID SHE WORKS FOR PORTAMEDIC 855-3926, AND HAD CALLED TED ABOUT THE PHYSICAL THAT HE AND HIS WIFE WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE FOR THE INSURANCE POLICY THAT TED HAD TAKEN.  SHE CALLED THE RESIDENCE OF TED ON 10-4-95 BETWEEN 2 AND 3 O'CLOCK^A WHEN SHE ALWAYS MAKES HER CALLS. SHE SAID TED ANSWERED THE PHONE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HIM AND HIS WIFE FOR THE NEXT DAY, THE 5TH OF OCTOBER AT 1130 HRS.
 

THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE PHYSICAL AND RITA CALLED THE RESIDENCE^A BACK ON THE 5TH BETWEEN 2 AND 3 O'CLOCK AND TED ANSWERED AGAIN. RITA TOLD HIM THAT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE PHYSICAL AND WANTED TO KNOW IF HE WANTED TO RESCHEDULE AND ALSO IF HE AND HIS WIFE WERE COMMING IN TOGETHER OR SEPERATE. TED ASKED RITA IF HIS WIFE HAD TO BE THERE AND IF^B SHE HAD TO COME IN AND RITA TOLD HIM, YES. TED MAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR THE 12TH OF OCTOBER, THURSDAY AFTER THE FIRE.

+This lady is as stupid as J. D. Church.  Note Church wrote this statement and several others.  He wrote them to say what he want them to say.  This lady didn't get it right not 1 time out of 3 statements.  (I know what your thinking.  Me calling them stupid is like calling the kettle black. (HA)

Ritas 3 statements are as bad as Bill Jerrell's.

^AThe date 10/4/95 is the "printout date" on page 232A.  She claims to always make the calls between 2-3 o'clock-on page 230(A) she claims 12-2 o'clock and on page 229(B) the 12-1459 hrs.  Truth is she didn't even call me!  I called her and stated I need to change our appointment.  See Bill Jerrells statements p. 170(D) and p. 167(J) Jerrel states I called him on 10/4/95.  I needed the phone number from him.

(p230)(B) Jerrell called her and she me.  (Page 232)(B) shows 9/28/95 when Jerrell called her and (c) shows when Rita scheduled the appointment.  9/29/95 The time was 10/5/95 11:30 am (p.232)(D)

^BI called Rita and stated I needed to change our appointment to the following week.  Rita ask if Patricia was coming?  I said "She has to doesn't she."  She said yes. She claimed I was a jerk on page 231(A).  I made the comment a little smart because she was so stupid.  She ask if Patricia was coming after I just said, I need to move "our" appointment.  I can't recall word for word, but it was like she hadn't been lssing.
