THE FOLLOWING ARE TIMES RECORDED AS A RESULT OF STATEMENTS MADE TO DETECTIVE CHURCH BY MR AND MRS STUMP IN AN INTERVIEW AT THEIR RESIDENCE ON 10JUNE96.
 

MR STUMP GOT OFF WORK AT 1630 HRS.
 

MR STUMP ARRIVED AT KIM AND RONNIES MOBILE HOME AT 1650 HRS.

MR STUMP LEFT KIM AND RONNIES AND DROVE HOME AT 1730 HRS.
 

MRS STUMP STATED THAT KIM AND RONNIE ARRIVED AT HER HOME JUST AFTER THE NEWS HAD COME ON 1802-1804.
 

MRS STUMP STATED THAT KIM AND RONNIE ONLY STAYEDA A FEW MINUTES AND LEFT GOING TO THE WINN DIXIE, 1813B HRS.

NOTE: MRS STUMPS STATEMENT TO DET. CHURCH DID NOT GIVE SPECIFIC TIMES.A THE TIMES LISTED ABOVE ARE ESTIMATED ACCORDING- TO THE STATMENT SHE GAVE.

AJames and Judy Stump were very clear.  JD Church lied on their statements.  Ron and Kim were at the Stump's for a while.

BSmoke was seen at 6:30 (1830).  James & Judy claim Ronnie was in their livingroom floor at 6:30

FROM THE DRIVEWAY OF THE STUMPS TO THE PARKING LOT OF THE WINN DIXIE, FIVE AND ONE. HALF MILES.
 

NORMAL DRIVING TIME WITHIN THE SPEED LIMIT, SEVEN MINUTES AND THIRTY SECONDS.

FROM THE DRIVEWAY OF STUMP RESIDENCE TO THE DRIVEWAY OF PATRICIA KIMBLES RESIDENCE, EIGHT AND SIX TENTHS MILES.

DRIVING TIME UNDER NORMAL AND WITHIN THE SPEED LIMIT, TEN MINUTES.

ALLOWING TWO TO STOP AT RONNIE AND KIMS TRAILER WOULD MAKE THE TOTAL TIME OF TWELVE MINUTES.
