4. Narrative: ON 10OCT95 AT 1025 HRS. TED CALLED ME AND SAID THAT JIM SANDERS WAS AT THE CHURCH AND TOLD REUBEN THAT HE HAD DATED PATRICIA.
TED FURTHER STATED THAT HE HAD SET UP WITH THE CLERK OF COURT TO GET THE CHECKING ACCOUNTS AND SAFE DEPOSIT FREE AND CLEAR SO HE COULD GET ON WITH HIS LIFE^A
HE ALSO SAID THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY INVESTIGATOR WANTED HIS PHONE RECORDS AND THAT WHEN HE GOT THEM THAT HE WOULD MAKE A COPY FOR ME.^B  TED SAID THAT THE INSURANCE INVESTIGATOR ACTED LIKE HE THOUGHT HE WAS THE ONE WHO KILLED PATRICIA.^C
