4. Narrative: SGT. DeBERRY AND MYSELF WENT BY LYLES BUILDING MATERAL ON THE 18TH AND TED WAS IN THE LOT WORKING ON A BLUE AND WHITE SUSUZIKI 1100 MOTORCYCLE. I WALKED UP AND WE GREETED EACH OTHER AND HE TOLD ME HE HAD JUST BOUGH THE BIKE FROM A INDIVIDUAL OWNER AND HAD PAID $7,400.00 FOR IT.
A HE WENT ON TO SAY THAT THE CHURCH HAD TAKEN UP MONEY FOR HIM AND HAD GIVEN HIM MONEY THAT AMOUNTED TO $2,500.00 AND THAT HEB HAD TAKEN THAT MONEY AND HIS CREDIT CARD AND PURCHASED THE MOTORCYCLE. HE SAID THE MOTORCYCLE HAD LOW MILAGE AND WAS A 1994 MODEL.
I WAS THERE TO GIVE TED A RECEIPT FOR THE .45 CAL BULLETS AND PATRICIAS PERSONAL PAPERS WHICH I DID GIVE HIM A COPY.

AThe amount was $7300 I believe.

BI never said this.  The Chuch gave me $1100.  Church hears what he wants to.  He takes pieces of the conversation and writes what he wants it to say.
