On December 10, 1997 I wrote you concerning our client Ronnie Lee Kimble and a court appointment authorizing $2,000 for medical evaluation for sleep disorder.
 

Until recently there has been some confusion about a trial date but that has now been resolved. The trial will begin August 3, 1998 and our client's evidence will probably not be offered before August 25.
 

We would like to arrange a time for you to meet Mr. Kimble and to review his medical records.
If you are still available, please call my office so that we can work out a schedule.
