2. Victim's Name: PATRICIA KIMBLE
3. Day/Date/Time of Report: Thu Oct 12 17:49:47 EDT 1995

4. Narrative: I SPOKE WITH NANCY YOUNG AT CINNAMON RIDGE APARTMENTS ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 10TH. SHE STATED THAT SHE HAD ONLY BEEN WORKING THERE FOR A FEW WEEKS, THAT KRISTY CAVINESS HAD TRAINED HER BEFORE RETURNING TO SCHOOL. SHE STATED THAT ON OCT. THE 9TH THAT PATRICIA CAME TO WORK AT APPROXIMATELY 9:40 A.M. AND THAT SHE DID THE USUAL WORK AROUND THE OFFICE AND WENT TO LUNCH AROUND 11:45,AND RETURNED AROUND 1:15. SAID THAT SHE HAD WENT AND HAD LUNCH WITH TED. SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD CALLED TED DURING THE DAY AND THAT TED HAD CALLED HER JUST BEFORE SHE LEFT AT 3:30.

SHE TOLD NANCY THAT SHE WAS LEAVING WORK EARLY AT 3:30 TO GO HOME AND MOW THE GRASS AND DID IN FACT LEAVE AT 3:30. NANCY SAID THAT EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE FINE AND PATRICIA DIDN'T SEEM UPSET OR DISTURBED ABOUT ANYTHING. SHE ALSO TOLD NANCY THAT SHE WAS GOING TO A MEETING AT HER CHURCH AT 7:30 THAT EVENING.

A FEW MINUTES AFTER PATRICIA LEFT HER BOSS HERSHAL FROM THE NEW YORK OFFICE CALLED AND WANTED PATRICIA AND WANTED SOME REPORTS FAXED TO HIM IN NEW YORK. NANCY FAXED THE REPORTS TO HERSHAL AND CALLED PATRICIAA AT HER HOME AROUND 4:00 TO LET HER KNOW THAT SHE HAD FAXED THE PAPERS TO HIM BUT THE PHONE RANG FOUR TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE DID NOT COME ON SO SHE DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.

SHE SAID THE ONLY TROUBLE THAT SHE KNEW PATRICIA AND TED HAD WAS WHEN AN INSURANCE PERSON CALLED THE OFFICE ONE DAY AND ASKED PATRICIA TO GO FOR A PHYSICAL AND PATRICIA WAS SUPRISED AND ASKED WHY AND WAS TOLD THAT HER HUSBAND HAD TAKEN A $100,000.00 LIFE INSURANCE POLICY ON HER AND THAT SHE NEEDED TO HAVE A PHYSICAL FOR THE POLICY. PATRICIA WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS AND THAT DAY SHE CALLED TED AND HAD LUNCH WITH HIM AND AFTER LUNCH SHE CAME BACK AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK THAT SHE AND TED HAD WORKED THINGS OUT.

SHE ALSO SAID THAT TED HAD CALLED HER AROUND 3:20, ABOUT TEN MINUTES BEFORE SHE LEFT AT 3:30.

TED HAD WORKED ON THE YARD LAST SATURDAY WHEN THEY HAD THE LUAU AND HAD SOME OF THE CHURCH FOLKS OVER AT THEIR HOUSE.B

AA witness seen Patricia on Randleman Rd near 40/85 at a stop light and spoke to her.  No one know where she went or what time she got home.  Nancy said the answering machine didn't come on.  I said the same thing about calling at 7:50-8:00.  The police have the answering machine.  Was it on?  Will the police try and say it happened a lot earlier than we think?  We had problems with a few answering machines in the past and possibly this one a time or two.  They sometimes wouldn't pick up the call.  How many times did it ring etc?

BI spent hundred of dollars on my yard.
