Custodial practices and procedures that might affect my client
Ronnie Lee Kimble Dear Susan: Included
herewith is a signed medical release from Ronnie Lee Kimble. We
would respectfully request that you provide copies of all medical
records since he has been confined in the Guilford County Jail with
particular attention to the incident that occurred on or about
November 19, 1997. We would appreciate any photographs made on that
date and names of the detention officers that may have participated
in the search and restraint of Ronnie Lee Kimble. I would
appreciate it if you would provide me with the names of detention
officers who were assigned to the areas in the jail where Ronnie has
been confined (I believe he has been on "D" floor most or all of the
time) and advise me whether you can provide me with any incident
reports the officers may have made about Ronnie Lee Kimble's conduct
at any time. I realize that all of you are very busy at the Sheriff's Department and I am sorry to make these requests but I would appreciate it if you could gather this information in the next couple of weeks if at all possible. Ms. Susan Moore Page Two Thank you
